Everything a homeschool year needs, in one place
Built by a homeschool family. Simple on a busy morning, thorough when the evaluator or a college asks.
It knows your curriculum
140 curricula with their real lesson, test and chapter counts, checked against each publisher. Saxon, The Good and the Beautiful, All About Reading, Math-U-See, Story of the World and more. Or add your own.
It moves when life happens
Sick day? Field trip? Tap “didn’t get to it” and pick: catch up Saturday, double up, spread it out or push it back. You see the new finish date before anything moves.
Records that keep themselves
School days, hours by subject, grades, a reading log and work samples build up as you check things off. A year-end portfolio prints in one tap.
Transcripts, ready for college
Courses from your curricula, credits, GPA (weighted too), test scores and activities, with a check that flags what admissions offices look for.
Kids check off their own day
Each child gets their own login and “My day”: today’s lessons and routines, one tap to mark them done. You see who did what.
Scan a book, log it
Point the camera at a book’s barcode and the title, author, pages and cover fill in. State checklists for 21 states and a link to share with your evaluator, too.
Made for the phone in your hand
Works on any phone, tablet or computer, and in the CircleUp app for iPhone and Android.

Questions
Do I need to be in a co-op?
No. CircleUp Planner works on its own for any homeschool family. If your co-op happens to use CircleUp, its classes, breaks and homework flow into your plan, and you get 20% off.
What does it cost?
$39 a year or $4.99 a month for the whole family. Subscribe yearly by March 31, 2027 for the founding price of $29 a year, kept for as long as you stay. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no card.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe to keep planning. If you don’t, nothing is deleted: your records turn read-only, and you can still view, print and share them any time. Subscribe later and you pick up where you left off.
Is my curriculum in it?
Probably: 140 curricula and levels, from Saxon and Math-U-See to The Good and the Beautiful, All About Reading, Story of the World and Apologia, with lesson counts checked against each publisher. Anything else you can add yourself, by lessons or pages, in a minute.
Does it work for more than one child?
Yes. One plan covers every child and both parents. Each child can have their own login to check off their day.
Will it help with my state’s requirements?
It keeps the record most states ask for (school days, hours by subject, a portfolio, test scores) and has a ready checklist for 21 states. It isn’t legal advice; always check your state’s own rules.
