A co-op email, on a schedule
Send an email to the whole co-op, or narrow it by role or class, now or on a weekly or monthly schedule. It can pull in your upcoming events, and a scheduled send that would go out empty is skipped.
Co-op email reaches every member
Turning off notification emails doesn’t drop a parent from the co-op’s own emails. Only addresses that bounce or report spam are left off.
Reminders you don’t have to send
Families who RSVP’d to an event, or hold a slot on a sign-up sheet, get a reminder before it.
What it costs, and what it doesn’t do
- There is no per-message charge on any plan. Announcements, emails and reminders are part of the plan you are on.
- CircleUp doesn’t send text messages.
