Comparisons

How CircleUp compares

Every page below says what the alternative does well and when you should pick it instead. Competitor details come from each company's own published pages, checked July 2026; where a company does not publish something, we say so rather than guess.

How we write these

Comparison pages have a reputation, and it is deserved. Ours follow three rules: every competitor figure comes from that company's own published pages with the date we checked it; anything they do not publish is described as not published rather than assumed missing; and every page names the situations where the alternative is the better answer.

We hold our own claims to the same standard. Where CircleUp charges a platform fee on card payments, the page says so next to the price, because a cost comparison that only counts the other side's costs is not a comparison.

Try it before you move anything

CircleUp is free for up to 10 families, with no credit card. Set up a term, add a few classes, and see whether registration day gets easier before you commit your whole co-op.
